Bouncers are Sent Out to Serve Back Home

It has been a productive week here at Bounce as students finish up at their work sites. Bouncers have had wonderful opportunities to engage the homeowners at their work sites, and two homeowners even came to Bounce worship this week! Bouncers have repaired roofs, installed sheet rock, and lay dry wall all to show these homeowners how much they love and care for them. Several Bounce Teams even went out into Dickinson neighborhoods to prayer walk in response to Eric Martinez, the Worship Speaker, encouraging students to be available for the Holy Spirit to use.

"Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose." Philippians 2:12-13

Bouncers engaged in their final worship experience at Bounce, and Eric encouraged the students to work out their faith with fear and trembling. Several students are facing difficult storms in their life, and Eric encouraged them to seek out individual quiet times in God's word so that they may be firmly rooted in faith. Bouncers have had the opportunity to build new relationships at their work sites and to build stronger bonds with those who are in their youth group. Our prayer is that Bouncers would continue to love and serve their neighbors in their hometown.

It has been such a blast getting to know all of the students and youth groups this week! So much amazing work has been done in the Dickinson area. We hope to see everyone again at Bounce next year!
