I am certain that the decision by the HSU Board of Trustees to close Logsdon Seminary was difficult and painful for them. I encourage everyone to lift up in prayer President Bruntmyer, the Board, and all those in the Logsdon family at this time. Logsdon has been an important part of Texas Baptist life and we understand the disappointment many friends and alumni share. Friday morning, May 18, a gunman shot and killed 9 students and 1 teacher at Santa Fe High School in Santa Fe, Texas.
